Earn It. Keep It. Save It. is lead by a broad statewide coalition of public, private, and non-profit organizations. Local coalitions in Cache County, Weber County, Salt Lake County, Utah County and Washington County, work to implement the campaign at the local level in their areas. The Utah Community Action Partnership Association provides VITA services in the other areas of the state.
